Payment Options There are two payment options for you to choose from, we accept: 1) CREDIT and DEBIT CARDS via our WORLDPAY option – We accept the following credit cards, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, JCB, Diners and EuroCard, we also accept Debit Cards including Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Switch and Solo (UK transactions only for Switch and Solo). Your card details will be encrypted and processed completely securely by Worldpay. 2) PAYPAL - For the convenience of those of you who already have a Paypal account. Shipping and Handling We at Sonic Seduction Ltd / There(there) Music understand that you do not wish to pay any hidden costs. Taking this into account, we are only charging you for the product(s) you buy. Sonic Seduction Limited will pay all your standard packaging & shipping costs throughout the world no matter where you live. However, if you'd like to extra secure the delivery, you can choose from the Signed For and Airsure options while ordering products. If you decide not to use this extra service, we're not liable for any lost items. VAT For customers based in the UK and for European customers living inside of the EEC, VAT is also chargeable on each item purchased. In keeping with our policy of no hidden charges, Sonic Seduction Limited will pay the VAT on all goods for all sales in the UK and inside of the EEC countries. Sonic Seduction Limited VAT Registration No.: 749 7353 85 Delivery Schedule Immediately after your purchase, we will receive an email informing us of your order and we will do our very best to dispatch your goods right away. Although we endeavor to honour this commitment to all of our customers worldwide, for international orders please allow up to 28 days for these to be fulfilled. Thanks. Back Orders If we cannot fulfill your order due it being out of stock, we shall send you an email advising you of this, and we will give you an approx indication as to when the Item will be available again. Based on this information, you are then at liberty to cancel your order if you so wish. This can be achieved simply by returning our ‘Out of Stock’ email whereby you can express your wishes to cancel and we shall refund your payment in full. Faulty Goods & Refunds At There(there) / Sonic Seduction Ltd we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and all of our products are stringently checked before dispatch. The consignee (you) has to examine the goods for damages and completeness immediately after receipt of the goods and if found to be damaged, faulty or incomplete, then a formal complaint must be lodged with us right away. Email: there@theremusic.com Any damage, faults or order incompleteness, should be announced to us no longer than 7 days after delivery of the goods. After contacting us regarding your complaint, we shall instruct you as to the procedure for return of the goods for our inspection and analysis. If the goods are found to be faulty then we will gladly offer you a full refund including all postage costs, or simply exchange the item for a new one and reimburse your added costs. If a refund is required for any other reason, we will have to make a £5 admin and restocking charge to cover our costs. This does not apply in the case of faulty goods. If your returned item is an article of clothing such as a T-Shirt, it must be returned unworn, with labels intact and within 7 days of receipt. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept the return of garments that have not been worn. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
